Marketer

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and foster community engagement. Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (Email, Social, Paid Ads, Content) to meet growth targets.
• Content Strategy: Oversee the creation of engaging content, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates.
• Market Research: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and provide regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the [Sales/Product/Design] teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing (B2B or B2C depending on your industry).
• Tools: Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp), SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), and Analytics (Google Analytics).
• Communication: Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
• Mindset: A "test and learn" approach—you aren't afraid to experiment with new tactics and pivot based on data.
